Ring Sizing Guideline

Measure Your Finger

Use one of the following methods:

A. Using a Strip of Paper or String

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretchy string.

  2. Wrap it around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.

  3. Mark where the paper or string overlaps.

  4. Measure the length (in millimeters) from the start to the mark.

  5. Use the chart below to find your ring size based on circumference.

B. Using a Ring You Already Own

  1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.

  2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters using a ruler or caliper.

  3. Match the diameter to the chart to find your size.

2. Tips for Accurate Measurement

  • Measure at the end of the day — fingers are smaller in the morning and larger in the evening.

  • Measure multiple times for accuracy.

  • Avoid measuring when hands are cold, as fingers contract.

  • Consider knuckle size:

    • If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, choose a size that fits over the knuckle without being too loose once on.

  • Ring width matters:

    • Wider bands (6 mm+) may require going up ½–1 full size for comfort.

  • Dominant hand fingers are often slightly larger.
