Ring Sizing Guideline
Measure Your Finger
Use one of the following methods:
A. Using a Strip of Paper or String
-
Cut a thin strip of paper or use a non-stretchy string.
-
Wrap it around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
-
Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
-
Measure the length (in millimeters) from the start to the mark.
-
Use the chart below to find your ring size based on circumference.
B. Using a Ring You Already Own
-
Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
-
Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimeters using a ruler or caliper.
-
Match the diameter to the chart to find your size.
2. Tips for Accurate Measurement
-
Measure at the end of the day — fingers are smaller in the morning and larger in the evening.
-
Measure multiple times for accuracy.
-
Avoid measuring when hands are cold, as fingers contract.
-
Consider knuckle size:
-
If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, choose a size that fits over the knuckle without being too loose once on.
-
-
Ring width matters:
-
Wider bands (6 mm+) may require going up ½–1 full size for comfort.
-
-
Dominant hand fingers are often slightly larger.
