Returns

If you are not happy with your regular-priced purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 business days of its arrival. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition.

We are more than happy to honour any breakage or issues from our end with a 8 month warranty dependant on the issue, please email hello@lfjewellerytofino.com for questions. 

Returns are subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Custom Pieces

We love one of a kind custom orders! Custom orders require a  50% deposit on all pieces. Please note that one of a kind orders have been designed only for you and are non refundable. The good news, is they come with an 8month warranty on stone settings and on any manufacturing issues.

On all valuable stone pieces, we recommend having it checked every 6 months and insuring your stone, as wear and tear over time does happen.
